  We chose Dev Krishana Kunj because it is close to Neerja Modi School, which is a major factor for us. The location in Mansarovar Extension, NH - 8, Jaipur is also quite good. Dev Bhoomi Developehave included a Children's Play Area and Landscaping & Tree Planting, which our kids will definitely enjoy. We are looking at a plot size of about 850 sq.ft. The development is under construction, so there is some construction noise, but it is manageable. The 24x7 Water Supply is a relief. We are confident this will be a great place for our family to grow.
