We chose Desai DD Vyapar Bhavan mainly because of its proximity to Kendriya Vidyalaya Ernakulam, which is right at nearby. This was a huge deciding factor for us with two school-going children. The location in Kadavanthra is also good, with Medical Trust Hospital nearby. While the 1 BHK at 240 square feet is a bit small for a growing family, it was ready to move in. The children's play area is a definite plus for the kids. We are hoping Desai Homes will consider adding more community spaces in the future. Rain water harvesting is a good environmental feature.
