We bought a 3 BHK flat, around 1473 square feet, which gives us plenty of space. The price was in the middle range, about 51.56 Lakh, which we felt was fair for the size and location. Having a children's play area and a sports area was important for us, and this project has both. The cycling and jogging track is a nice touch for weekend activity. The only downside is that the OC was not available, which is a bit strange for a project completed in 2012. Despite that, Redundant - Desai Homes seems to have a decent track record. The landscaping is also quite pleasant.
