The price of 56.41 Lakh onwards was acceptable for the area. We liked the children's play area and the cycling track. It's close to Jupiter Hospital, which is convenient. My only small concern is the traffic on Pan Card Club Road during peak hou, it can get quite bad. Otherwise, the project seems solid. Deron Properties has a decent reputation.
