I liked that the project is ready to move in, giving me a clear timeline for building my dream home. The developer, Dera Develope, seems to have provided good basic amenities such as 24x7 water supply and landscaping. The availability of recreation facilities is also a nice bonus. One thing I noticed is that some of the larger plots are quite substantial, maybe too big for a fit-time buyer like me. Also, the bus stand is a bit far at a short distance.
