The 800 square feet carpet area for the 2 BHK is quite generous compared to what we had. Having a lift is definitely a comfort, and the power backup is good to have. Deep Construction seems to be a reputable developer. The price point was within our budget, which was a relief. The only thing is the parking space feels a bit tight if multiple visitocome over.
