    We were looking for a ready to move in place in Kolkata and found DD Dream Residency. The 3 BHK flat size of 1340 Sq.ft is perfect for us and our future plans. What really sold us was the proximity to the Titumir Metro Station, just a short distance away, making our office commutes much easier. Charnock Hospital being a short distance is also a huge relief. The gated community aspect provides good security. The price of 61.99 Lakh onwards was a bit stretched for our budget, but the convenience factor and the available amenities like the club house and flower garden made us go for it. Parking can get a little tight sometimes, but it's manageable.
