After retiring, I wanted a comfortable and peaceful place in Tiruchirappalli. Dahan Brindaavanam's location in Thillai Nagar seemed ideal. I chose a 3 BHK with a built-up area of 1472 Sq.ft. The price was in the higher range, about 88.32 Lakhs, but the quality seemed good. The gymnasium is useful for staying active, and the children's play area is well-maintained for when my grandchildren visit. It was completed in December 2012, so it's an older construction, but it feels solid. The proximity to the hospital is also reassuring. I wish they had provided the OC details more readily, but overall it's a pleasant community.

We bought a 3 BHK in Dahan Brindaavanam because it's so close to everything. Kamala Niketan School is right next door, and Kauvery Hospital is also just a stone's throw away. We got a 1400 Sq.ft apartment, which gives us plenty of space. We moved in around six months ago, and it's been pretty good. The cycling and jogging track is something we use often in the evenings. The price was a bit higher than we initially planned, around 80 Lakhs, but the convenience of the location and the ready-to-move status made it worth it. Power backup is also a big plus for us given our work schedules.
