We chose Jeyam Nest because of its location in Thillai Nagar, Puthur. It's very close to both Kamala Niketan Montessori School and Kauvery Hospital, both within nearby. This proximity was a major factor for us with two young children. The 3 BHK apartment is quite spacious at 1526 square feet, giving everyone enough room. We liked that it's a gated community and has lifts. The Vastu compliance was also important to my wife. The construction looks solid. We haven't faced any major issues since moving in. The nearby bus stop is also a bonus for when guests visit. We are quite happy with our decision to buy here.
