We decided to upgrade from our rented place and bought a 2 BHK in Royal Castle. The 1178 sq.ft area gives us much more space than our previous apartment. Royal Shelter has equipped the building with a fire fighting system and sprinkle, which gives us a sense of security. The swimming pool and gymnasium are great for unwinding after a long day of teaching. Being close to Kauvery Hospital is a huge plus for any family. The 24X7 water supply is consistent, which wasn't always the case in our rental. The location in Raja Colony is well-connected, though sometimes the traffic can be a bit much on the main road.
