We were renting nearby and decided it was time to buy our own home. DABC Sahityam in Mogappair offered a ready-to-move solution, which was perfect for us. The location is fantastic, with Velammal Vidyalaya being literally nearby, and Apollo Hospitals just as close. This makes life so much simpler. The lifts are well-maintained, and the 24x7 security gives us peace of mind. One minor issue we noticed is the parking can be a bit congested, especially if you have a larger vehicle. But the fact that the OC has been received from De-Luxe Apartments and Buildings is a big plus. We are happy with the overall community feel.

After yeaof service, I wanted a peaceful place in Chennai. DABC Sahityam seemed promising due to its ready-to-move status and the OC being received. The proximity to Apollo Hospitals is excellent, and the availability of lifts makes daily movement effortless, which is important at my age. While the location in Mogappair is generally good, the noise from the nearby main road can be a bit much sometimes, especially during the day.
