The 24x7 water supply and lift are essential. The project is located in Tegharia, Rajarhat, which is a rapidly growing area. Titumir Metro Station is about 2 kilometeaway, offering good connectivity. The developer, D Con, seems to have basic amenities covered. I found the overall construction quality to be acceptable for the price. A minor concern is the dust and ongoing construction noise from nearby sites, but that is common in developing areas like this.
