We just moved into Crystal Vrindawan last week. The 612 sq.ft 2 BHK is a decent size for us, not too big and not too small. It's ready to move which was perfect for our timeline. The location in Moshi is okay, close enough to the highway for my commute to Hinjewadi, takes about 30 minutes without bad traffic. My partner likes that the school is very close by, just half a kilometer. The pricing felt a little high, 45 Lakh for this size, but the convenience of ready possession made us go for it. Parking is available, both open and closed, which is good. The builder, Crystal DevelopePune, seems to have covered the basics with water supply and rain water harvesting.

We got a 2 BHK flat with a carpet area of 612 sq.ft. It’s ready to move in, so we didn't have to wait long after booking. The price was around 45 Lakhs, which seemed fair for the area. Crystal DevelopePune has provided basic amenities like 24/7 water supply and closed car parking. The only downside is the distance to the main Pune-Nashik Highway, which is quite a bit away at almost nearby. Sometimes the traffic on the internal roads can be slow during peak hou, which is a minor concern for our daily school runs.
