    We chose Crown by JAI SHARDE DEVELOPEOPEPEES for our family primarily because of its proximity to good schools. Neerja Modi School is nearby, and Amar Medical & Research Centre is also close. Our 3 BHK flat is a good size, around 1500 Sq.ft. It was ready to move in, which was a huge relief. The children's play area is a definite hit with my kids. The price point of 68 Lakhs to 75 Lakhs is reasonable for the facilities. One small thing is the parking space feels a bit limited if you have multiple vehicles. The 24x7 water supply is consistent.

It was ready to move by October 2023, so we didn't have to wait long after booking. The location on NH - 8 is convenient for my office commute, takes me a short distance reach the IT park. My husband liked the gymnasium and the steam room facilities. The only slight issue is the traffic noise sometimes since it's right on the highway.
