It’s a gated community, which provides the security we need. The developer, Rivatani Tech LLP P, is planning for completion by December 2027. We appreciate the provision for a children's play area and car parking. The proximity to gnana deepa academy residential school (5 mins) and Ramaiah Leena Hospital (5 mins) makes it convenient for our family. Rainwater harvesting is also included, which is good for sustainability. The internal roads and footpaths are being laid out.

Being a gated community with 24x7 security is a significant advantage. The area is developing, and the connectivity to the airport road is decent. However, the road leading to the site could be better maintained; it's a bit narrow and dusty right now. The planned completion is December 2027, which gives them enough time. The landscaping and tree planting aspect is appealing.
