The primary reason for choosing this project was its ready-to-move status and the amenities provided, such as a gymnasium and a jogging track. The location in Gouranganagar, near Newtown, is quite accessible, with NH 12 nearby and VIP Road at nearby. This makes commuting easier. The complex also has adequate car parking facilities and 24x7 water supply, which are essential. My only reservation is that the smaller rooms in the 2 BHK configuration might feel a bit cramped for a family.

    This is my fit property purchase. I was looking for something ready to move in Rajarhat. Clubtown Courtyard seemed like a good option. I booked a 2 BHK flat, which is about 910 square feet built up. The price was around 75 Lakhs. The location is decent, close to NH 12, nearby. VIP Road is also nearby, nearby. The developer, Clubtown, has provided a children's play area and a gymnasium which are good facilities. Parking is available. My main concern is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, it's quite a bit right now.
