    Finding a place in Kadavanthra was a priority, and Clearway Celestiale fit the bill. I bought a 2 BHK apartment, about 1180 square feet, which is just the right size for me. The price was around 63 Lakhs. Being ready to move saved me a lot of hassle. I like that there is Wi-Fi available and a gymnasium onsite so I don't have to travel far for my workouts. The gated community aspect provides a good sense of security. My only small concern is that the parking can get a bit congested during evenings when residents return home. Otherwise, it’s a very practical and convenient place.
