We liked the layout and the fact that it's a gated community. The lift is essential for us as we live on a higher floor. Citycon DevelopePvt Ltd delivered the project by June 2020, so we could move in quickly. The area is developing, and we hope for good appreciation. However, the connectivity to the main road could be better; you have to navigate a smaller lane for a bit, which isn't ideal during heavy traffic. Palta Station Metro is nearby, so it's not the closest option for metro travel, but manageable for now. It's a decent investment.
