We chose City Sai Towefor our family, primarily because of its location. Muktangan English School & Jr. College is just a 2-minute walk away, which is perfect for our children. The 3 BHK flats offer a large carpet area, starting from 751 Sq.ft up to 1650 Sq.ft, giving us plenty of space. The project by City Ethernal LLP P is under construction and scheduled for completion by April 2031. The amenities like landscaping and recreational facilities are attractive for family living. We did notice some dust and construction noise from the ongoing work, but that's expected at this stage. The proximity to the school makes it worthwhile.
