    We purchased a 3 BHK flat at Chellappas after retirement. The built-up area of 1521 sq.ft. Is adequate for our needs. The price was around 1.3 Cr, which felt reasonable for a ready-to-move property in this location. Chellappas Builde& Promotehave ensured basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and car parking. The security cabin provides a sense of safety. The location on the ECR stretch is peaceful, away from the city's main hustle. However, the nearest bus stop, Vaniyanchavadi Padma Adah School Bus Stop, is over nearby, which makes public transport a bit inconvenient. We rely on our car mostly.
