    After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place close to essential services. Cheetar Kalu Nagar offeplots in Village Ganpatpra, near NH-8. I selected a 2554 sq.ft plot so I have ample space. The project is ready to move since March 2021. It's reassuring that CK Birla Hospitals are nearby for any medical needs. The proximity to St. Anselm's Senior Secondary School is also good, even though my children are grown. The main advantage is the easy access via NH-8. While the area is generally quiet, there can be some traffic noise from the highway, especially during the day, which is something to get used to.
