We were looking for a commercial space to expand our operations and considered Century Mansion. The location in Rajarhat is developing nicely, and the proximity to the airport at nearby is very convenient for our logistics. We looked at the 3 BHK options, with the larger ones going up to 1660 sq.ft built up. The pricing is around 70.55 Lakh for the bigger flats, which seemed a bit high for us given we needed office space more than a residence. Vaishno Devi Realty seems to be developing it well, but the overall feel was more residential than commercial. Parking is available, but we weren't sure if it would be enough for our business needs. We decided to look elsewhere for now.

The price was around 42 Lakh, which fit my budget. The project has basic amenities like a children's play area and 24x7 CCTV surveillance, which gives me peace of mind. It's still under construction and expected to finish by May 2026. The location is decent, close to schools and hospitals. One thing I noticed is that the lane leading to the main road might be a bit narrow, which could be a minor issue sometimes. Overall, I'm hopeful about this investment.
