This is my fit property purchase, so I was a bit nervous. I chose Cedrus Panache because it's in a good area of Pune, Ghorpadi. The 4 BHK flats are huge, with carpet areas around 1600 Sq.ft. It's a Ready to Move project completed in 2015. The price for the unit I'm looking at is approximately 3.75 Cr. I was happy to see the gymnasium and the swimming pool, which will be great for staying active. The video door security is also a reassuring feature. The location near Pune-Pandharpur Road is convenient for commuting. I haven't found any major drawbacks yet, it seems like a good place to start.
