    Decided to buy a flat in Parees Tower because it is ready to move. The location in Ghorpadi, Balaji Nagar seemed convenient for commuting. It is close to Pune-Pandharpur Road and Ghorpadi Road. We got a 1 BHK which has a carpet area of 269 Sq.ft. This size is sufficient for us. The amenities like power backup and water storage are practical. My only concern is the traffic on Ghorpadi Road during peak houcan be quite bad. Overall, the deal felt reasonable given it's a ready property. Nitesh Kekane seems to have delivered a functional building.
