The location in Ghorpadi is strategic, close to major roads and essential facilities like Mentor International School and Jehangir Hospital. The Vastu compliant design and the gymnasium are good features. The price of 1.25 Crore was acceptable for the space and amenities provided. My only slight reservation is the landscaping could be a bit more mature, but that will improve with time. Overall, it’s a solid property from Raviraj Realty.
