I purchased a plot at CasaGrand Clovis, located in Thiruporur, OMR. The plot area is 478 Sq.ft, which is a manageable size for my needs. The proximity to major roads like OMR and East Coast Road is very convenient for daily travel. The project also features a children's play area and a yoga/meditation area, which are good facilities. It was ready to move in July 2021. Casagrand Builder Private Limited has delivered the project on time. My only reservation is the traffic on OMR during peak hou, which can be quite heavy, but that is a general issue for this area.

The only minor issue I've noticed is that the internal roads could be a bit wider for easier parking near the plot.
