This is my fit property purchase. I decided on a 3 BHK apartment in Calica 3rd Eye Nirvana. The 1145 square feet carpet area is a good starting point. I was impressed by the planned landscaping and tree planting, it makes the place sound very serene. Also liked that they have a volleyball court available. The Calica Group is building this complex, and it’s expected to be ready by December 2029. The location behind Iscon Emporio is quite accessible.
