We just finalized our booking for a 2 BHK at C square. This is our fit property purchase so we were a bit nervous, but Hashim Ahmed Qureshi's team was quite helpful with explaining everything. The carpet area for the 2 BHK is around 715 to 732 square feet, which seems decent enough for us to start with. It's still under construction and expected to finish by December 2024. The location on Katol Road in Lakadganj is developing, and it's good that they have 24/7 water supply planned. We are hoping the construction quality is as good as they say. The nearby Jain International School is also a plus for the future. Fingecrossed everything goes smoothly from here on.
