The location in Sector 150 on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is quite good, though the traffic on the expressway can get heavy during peak houIt's ready to move which was a big plus. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are well-maintained. The price point is on the higher side, around 6 Cr for our flat, but we felt the space and quality justified it. We liked the quiet surroundings, which is a nice change from our previous place.
