This is my fit property purchase, and I decided on a plot in Brooke Bond Valley. I was drawn to the developer, Hilland Technologies Pvt Ltd, and the specific location in Secunderabad, Ghatkesar Town. The plot area is 150 Sq.yd. And the price was about 1.5 Cr. It felt like a significant investment, but the developehave included features like a fully planted layout, cycle track, and footpath with electric poles, which adds to the appeal. The biggest plus is that it's ready to move. My only worry is that the Ghatkesar Railway Station has no data available, which might be an issue for future travel plans. Overall, it seems like a solid start for a new buyer.

We chose Brooke Bond Valley mainly because of its proximity to Rockwoods International School, just nearby. Alroyce Multi Speciality Hospital is also very close, which gives us peace of mind. We bought a 3 BHK villa, which has a good plot area of around 1494 Sq.yd. The developer, Hilland Technologies Pvt Ltd, has included three fully developed parks and a cycle track, which my kids are really excited about. The pricing for villas is between 1.5 Cr and 2.33 Cr. The only slight concern is that the area felt a bit dusty during our visit, probably because it’s still developing. Overall, it's a good place for families.

My only minor reservation is the distance from the main city center, which can make spontaneous trips a little time-consuming. However, the connectivity via highways is excellent.

We finally decided to buy our own home and chose a residential plot in Brooke Bond Valley. The 150 Sq.yd. Plot size is perfect for us to build a modest home. The price was around 1.5 Cr, which was manageable for us after considering our savings and a loan. Hilland Technologies Pvt Ltd has put in good amenities like 24X7 water supply and sewage treatment. The fact that it's ready to move is a bonus, although we plan to build later. The only drawback is that access roads within the town could be better maintained; some parts were a bit rough during our site visits. Still, it’s a promising location in East Hyderabad.
