Being ready to move in was a huge advantage as I didn't want to wait. The price point of around 3.45 crore was definitely at the higher end, but the location near State Highway 96 and amenities like the gymnasium and swimming pool made it appealing. My main concern is the commute to my office in the city center; it can get quite heavy traffic during peak houHowever, the proximity to InnovatoInternational School is excellent for my kids.
