    We chose BR Poonam Pride primarily for its location, being so close to Shanti Asiatic School. Our kids will be able to walk there. The villas themselves are quite luxurious, offering 4 and 5 BHK configurations. We got a 4 BHK with a 3060 square feet plot. The developer, B R Developer, included amenities like a tennis court and a mini theatre, which our children are excited about. The area in Shela is generally good, but the dust from ongoing construction nearby can be a nuisance sometimes. The proximity to Saraswati Multispeciality Hospital is also reassuring. It feels like a solid, established community, despite being built a while ago.
