We bought a 3 BHK which is 1330 square feet, providing enough space for our growing family. The project is ready to move, which was a big factor for us. The 24x7 security is also a plus point. The Durgapura Circle Bus Stop nearby makes public transport accessible. However, the road leading to the complex from the main highway is a bit narrow and can get dusty with construction nearby. Still, for school access, it's a great location.
