The construction was completed in 2017, and it feels well-built. The availability of 24x7 security and a lift is very convenient for us. Being on NH-8 is good for accessibility, but sometimes the noise from the highway can be a bit much, especially during the day. However, the presence of rain water harvesting is a good environmental feature. The surrounding area is developing, and it’s nice to have essential services nearby, although the hospital is a few kilometeaway. Bony Buildtec Pvt Ltd has provided a comfortable living space.
