My experience with BK Biswanath Dham has been positive. I purchased a 3 BHK flat here. The super builtup area for the 3 BHK is 998 sq.ft, which is quite comfortable for my family. The location in Rajarhat, Narayanpur is developing rapidly. It is close to Titumir Metro Station, nearby, and also conveniently close to the airport. This accessibility is great for business travel. The construction quality appeasolid, and the project is ready to move in since December 2019. The price point of around 40-46 Lakh for a 3 BHK was within my expectations for this part of Kolkata. The only drawback is the dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity.
