I recently invested in a 3 BHK apartment at Bindu Katyayani Enclave in Yapral, Hyderabad. The built-up area is 1897 square feet, which is a good size for rental potential. The developer, Bindu Homes Private Limited, has included essential amenities like 24/7 water supply and a sewage treatment plant. The area is developing, and it’s reasonably close to Yapral Main Road. However, the distance to major arterial roads like Gough Road is a bit much, and I'm not sure about the appreciation rate yet.

This property in Yapral, Secunderabad was an interesting find. I checked out the Bindu Katyayani Enclave and the 3 BHK apartments are quite large at 1897 square feet. The developer, Bindu Homes Private Limited, seems to have decent amenities like STP and rainwater harvesting, which is good for long-term sustainability. My main concern is the accessibility; Yapral Main Road is close, but getting to Gough Road or the highway takes a bit of time. Still, it’s a peaceful location.

We chose Bindu Katyayani Enclave because it's very close to Kendriya Vidyalaya Bolarum, just a 3-minute drive which makes school runs so much easier. The 3 BHK configuration is a good size for our family, 1897 square feet gives everyone enough peonal space. The location in Yapral, Secunderabad is also quite nice and away from too much city noise. We are happy with the project so far, though the nearest metro station is quite far off.

We decided to buy a 3 BHK apartment at Bindu Katyayani Enclave in Yapral, Secunderabad for a peaceful retirement. The 1897 square feet space is more than enough for us. Bindu Homes Private Limited has provided necessary amenities like water conservation systems and a sewage treatment plant, which are important. The proximity to Kendriya Vidyalaya is a bonus, even though we don’t have school-going children. My only slight worry is the dust from the ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully, that will settle down once everything is completed.

We liked the apartment size, the 1897 square feet 3 BHK felt really spacious for us. Bindu Katyayani Enclave is in Yapral, which is a developing area and felt quieter than other parts of Hyderabad. Getting to work on the highway is okay, close to the Hyderabad-Mancherial Highway. The 24/7 water supply is a big plus. We are still waiting for possession though, construction seems to be ongoing.
