I checked the carpet area which is about 1128.17 square feet for one of the 3 BHK configurations. The proximity to the underground subway metro station which is about 2.28 kilometeaway is a major factor for me as it usually helps with appreciation. The project is under construction, so I am hoping for good returns by the time it completes in February 2027. My only minor worry is that the area can get quite busy during peak hounear the bridge, but that is common in growing localities. Good investment potential for a long term hold.
