I finally found a place in Thillai Nagar, Ramalinga Nagar. Bharath Blossom had a 1222 Sq.ft 3 BHK available which fit my needs. The location is fantastic, literally close to Kamala Niketan School and Kauvery Hospital. This makes my commute so much easier. The price was around 79.43 Lakh, which is a bit high but given the proximity to everything important, I think it is justified. Power backup is a good feature to have. I am happy with the decision. The construction looks solid and it is ready to move in, which was a big plus for me. I can start settling in immediately. I wish the parking was a bit more spacious, but for a single car it is fine.

We were looking for a decent property in Tiruchirappalli and Bharath Blossom caught our eye. The 3 BHK flats are quite spacious, ranging from 1222 Sq.ft to 1380 Sq.ft. We are looking at something around 85 Lakh. The fact that it is ready to move is a huge advantage. Having 24x7 water supply and power backup mentioned in the amenities is important for a family. The location in Ramalinga Nagar, Thillai Nagar is also convenient, close to the hospital and school. One concern is the completion date is December 2024, so it's not immediately ready, but they say it's ready to move. There's some confusion there. Also, the price point is a little higher than some other options we saw in the city. Need to confirm OC status.

I wanted a good investment property for my daughter who is studying in the city. Bharath Blossom in Thillai Nagar seemed like a good option. The 3 BHK configurations are spacious, 1380 Sq.ft for the larger ones. Prices are between 79.43 Lakh and 89.7 Lakh. Being ready to move is a plus, though I wanted something for my parents to move into later. The proximity to Kauvery Hospital is excellent. My only real concern is the traffic around Thillai Nagar can be quite heavy during peak hou, which might be an issue for daily movement. The developer, Bharath Groups, has a reputation for timely delivery, which gives me confidence. I will probably book one of the 1222 Sq.ft units.

It's zero distance to Kamala Niketan School and Kauvery Hospital, which is great for them. The 3 BHK flats are a good size, around 1300 Sq.ft. The price is in the 80 Lakh range, which is acceptable. I like that there is 24x7 water supply and power backup, essential for senioOne minor issue is that the OC received status is not available, which is a bit concerning for a ready-to-move property. I will need to get clarification on that before finalizing. They expect completion by December 2024.
