The project was completed in August 2014 and is ready to move in. The proximity to Narayana Nethralaya Eye Hospital, about 2.6 kilometeaway, is useful for family medical needs. I also appreciate the rainwater harvesting system. My only concern is the parking situation. It can be a bit tight, especially during peak houwhen visitoarrive. The developer, Bhanu Construction, has been responsive to our queries. The overall feel of the community is peaceful.

    I purchased a 3 BHK here a few months ago. Bhanu Elegance is a project by Bhanu Construction. The larger size, around 1265 square feet, gives us ample space. Being ready to move in was important for us. The area is developing and it is nice to have a cycling and jogging track within the complex. Power backup is also a relief. However, the road leading to the project could be better. It gets dusty sometimes, especially during dry weather. The Konanakunte Cross Metro Station is about 5.1 kilometeaway, which is a bit of a distance if you rely on the metro. Overall, the amenities are decent for the price we paid.
