    I was looking for a ready to move flat in Pune and Bhandari BA Iris caught my eye. I bought a 1 BHK which has a carpet area of around 478 square feet. The price was about 41 Lakh. The location in Wagholi is developing well, and it’s reasonably close to the Old Pune Highway. They have provided a swimming pool and a children's play area, which are good facilities. The building seems well-maintained so far. The only issue is the parking; it feels a bit cramped if you have a larger vehicle. But overall, it's a good purchase for the price and location.
