We just moved into our 3 BHK at Bhagwanti Apartment last month. The super builtup area is a generous 2000 square feet, which gives us plenty of space to work from home. Having a swimming pool and gymnasium right here is really convenient for our lifestyle. The location on Golf Coue Extension Road is great, very close to Marengo Asia Hospitals, Gurugram. My only minor worry is the traffic can get quite heavy during peak houon this road, making the close to the metro station feel longer. Still, the overall feel is quite good and the apartment is ready to move.

Finally upgraded from our rental place to Bhagwanti Apartment. We chose a 3 BHK which is 2000 square feet, so much more room for us and our books. The Vastu compliant design was a big plus for us. It's a ready to move property, so we could settle in quickly. The nearby Bharti International Convent School is nearby, which is fantastic for the kids. The only slight downside is that the shopping mall amenity is a bit small, more like a convenience store, so we still have to travel for bigger shopping needs. Overall, a good step up for us.

Our family moved into Bhagwanti Apartment about two months ago. We got a spacious 3 BHK, 2000 square feet, which feels very comfortable. The location in Sector 56, near Bharti International Convent School (nearby away) was a major deciding factor for us. Having the gymnasium and swimming pool within the complex is a big bonus for the kids and us. The 24x7 water supply is reliable. The only real issue we've faced is the parking. While there is car parking, it feels a bit cramped if you have a larger vehicle or multiple cain the family. Otherwise, it's a pleasant place to live.

It is ready to move, which was essential for me as I did not want to wait. The proximity to Golf Coue Extension Road is good for business travel. The facility of 24x7 water supply and a lift is standard but functional. My main concern is the dust and noise from the ongoing construction nearby, which is quite noticeable during the day. It does impact the peaceful living aspect a bit. I hope this settles down soon.
