However, the traffic on the main roads during peak houcan be a bit of a hassle getting to and from the site.

The price was within our budget, about 35 Lakh. We visited the site, and the construction seems solid. Bhagat Construction is building it. It’s still under construction, to be finished by December 2029. The location in Rajarhat is nice, not too far from the international airport, which is nearby. We are excited to move in and start our new life here. The gated community aspect provides good security.
