It is ready to move, so I could shift in immediately after purchase. The 24x7 CCTV Surveillance and Intercom system provide a good sense of security. The price around 35 Lakhs was manageable for my finances. Having the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose airport nearby is fantastic for someone who travels frequently for work. My only slight worry is the traffic congestion on the main road during peak hou, given its proximity to the airport and other key areas. However, the Yoga/Meditation Area and the general ambiance of the project are very calming.

The 2 BHK apartments are between 860 to 971 square feet, which should be comfortable for them. I am particularly impressed with the amenities like the Children's Play Area and the Creche/Day Care, though my parents do not need them, it shows the project cateto different age groups. The price point around 30 to 40 Lakhs is reasonable for the area. One thing I did notice during my virtual tour is that the internal roads within the complex look a bit narrow, which might be a minor issue for larger vehicles. However, proximity to the airport at nearby is very convenient.
