    We finally decided to buy our fit home at Bellamkonda Enclave after months of searching across Guntur. Being school teache, the proximity to STEM SCHOOL was the main reason we chose this project. The layout of the 1126.77 Sq.ft apartment is quite sensible and utilizes the carpet area well without wasting space. Nagi Reddy Srinivasa Reddy has been transparent about the project status so far. Since we are moving from a rental, we are really excited about having our own parking and permanent power backup. The only thing is that the balcony area feels a little smaller than we initially expected. However, the connectivity to the main road is good. We are hopeful for a timely completion by August 2026.

There is a lot of construction activity in the neighborhood right now which creates some traffic issues, but that should resolve once the buildings are fully occupied.
