The location at Nethaji Nagar 3rd Lane is quite accessible from most parts of the city. Having Sanjivi Hospitals nearby is a major benefit for anyone planning a long term stay. The facility maintenance is handled well, and the security systems are always functional. I do think the internal corridor could have been a bit wider, but the actual living space inside the flat is decent. It is a solid option for someone looking for a ready unit in a quiet yet connected neighborhood in Guntur.
