The location is excellent, right in the middle of a developed area. I checked the distance to the SVN Colony Bus Stop, and it is quite close, which is great for my future travel plans. The quality of the construction appeato be very durable. I am excited to move in next month once the interior woodwork is finished. This is definitely a solid start to my journey as a property owner in Guntur.
