We decided on Bavasons VB Blue Chip for our family home. The ready to move nature was key, allowing us to settle in quickly. Kakkanad, Padamughal is a fantastic area for families, especially with Assisi Vidyaniketan Public School just a stone's throw away. The convenience of having a good school so close is invaluable. We also appreciate the efforts of Bavasons Constructions in creating a good living environment. The children’s play area is a nice addition. The only drawback we’ve encountered is the dust from ongoing nearby constructions, which can be a bit botheome at times. Despite that, the proximity to school and the overall feel of the community are very positive.

We were looking for a ready to move property in Kochi and Bavasons VB Blue Chip caught our eye. The location in Kakkanad, Padamughal is quite convenient, especially with Assisi Vidyaniketan Public School nearby for our little one. It feels good to be in a place that’s already established. The Bavasons Constructions team seems professional. We liked the green spaces they’ve included. One thing we’re still figuring out is the parking situation when guests visit; it can get a bit congested. But overall, it’s a decent place to settle down. We are happy with the decision so far and hope it continues to be a peaceful neighborhood.

It makes getting around Kochi so much simpler. I also feel safer knowing Sunrise Hospital Kochi is so close. The apartment size is just right for one peon, and I’ve decorated it to my taste already. Bavasons Constructions delivered a good product. The only small drawback is that the building is quite close to the main road, so there's a bit of constant traffic sound. However, the convenience outweighs it for me.
