Basu Dream Sunrise is a nice option for families. We bought a 2 BHK flat here, around 885 sq.ft. The price was around 35 Lakh. The location in Bhatenda is developing well. Kids play area is good. Community hall is a useful amenity. The builder, Basu Construction, has provided 24x7 water supply and CCTV surveillance which is reassuring. We are happy with the amenities offered.
