Relocating to a new city is always stressful, but finding a home at Badri Trends made it much easier. Since I work at Manipal Hospital Vijayawada, the location is perfect being nearby. The apartment is quite spacious at 1750 Sq.ft and the layout allows for enough sunlight. Trends has ensured that the project is well secured with round the clock surveillance. I do find the construction dust in the surrounding area a little problematic sometimes, but that is common in developing parts of Tadepalli. Having a ready to move flat meant I could start my practice without any delay. The society is calm and the neighboare quite professional.

Moving to Badri Trends was a good move for our family. The biggest benefit is having LITTLE TALENTS PRE-SCHOOL nearby, which saves a lot of time in the morning. Our kids love the children's play area and we often use the gymnasium in the evenings. The 3 BHK flat is quite large at 1750 Sq.ft so we have plenty of room for all our things. Trends has designed the project well with enough space for car parking. We have not faced any issues with the water supply or the lifts since we shifted here. We spent a lot of time searching in Guntur before choosing Badri Trends. The main reason for choosing this place was the proximity to the Vijayawada Bus Station which is nearby. Trends has done a decent job with the 1750 Sq.ft floor plan for the 3 BHK apartments. We appreciate the lift facility and the intercom system provided in the project. My only minor concern is that the parking area feels a bit tight when everyone is home at night. It takes a little effort to navigate but the location makes up for it. Overall, it is a practical choice for working professionals like us.

The 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance are well managed by Trends. Only issue is that the Tadepalli road can get a bit busy during the peak houin the evening. Otherwise, the construction seems solid and the building is ready to move which saved me a lot of waiting time.
