    We chose Ayati Lake View mainly because Johnson Grammar School is nearby, which is a huge advantage for our children. The apartments are ready to move, and we got a 3 BHK unit with 1630 square feet built up. It provides ample space for our family. Ayati Properties has included good amenities like a gymnasium, indoor games, and a jogging track. The price for our unit was about 75 Lakh. The nearby Tulasi Hospitals is also very convenient. One small concern is the noise from ongoing constructions in the vicinity; it can be quite noticeable during the day. While they have garbage disposal, the management of waste needs to be efficient. The 24/7 water supply is a relief. The location in Chengicherla is developing, and we hope the infrastructure around it improves further in the coming yea

Also, the availability of OC is not mentioned, which is a bit concerning for a retired peon looking for peace of mind. I hope the developer clarifies this soon. The water conservation and rainwater harvesting are good features.
